Built-in microwave motion sensor with selectable detection area, hold time, stand-by period, daylight sensor and stand-by dimming levels make this a great choice for residential or commercial laundry facilities, storage facilities, covered walkways, garages and more! Built in 2KV surge protection at 120-277V, damp location rating, and 0-10V dimming allow for years of maintenance-free operation. DLC Premium listed. Manufacturer 5 year limited warranty.
